Lovely Lemons started over a decade ago when Owner and Creative Director, Valerie Mazarowski left her teaching career to chase a calling that had been imprinted on her in part by both parents since childhood. Her mother always had a way of making occasions extra special with her careful attention to detail, something Valerie paid close attention to as a young girl. Her father, a cameraman for ABC news, instilled the importance of capturing life around her. And so, from humble beginnings, the Lovely Lemons Lemonade stand made its mark on the Long Island event world.

Over time, the popularity of the stand grew, and so did Valerie's reputation of being a flawless event planner. With a sharp eye for detail and valuable relationships with all of the right vendors,

she has secured herself as a go-to-must, for all who like to throw lavish parties. In addition to her event planning abilities, Valerie is an accomplished photographer who finds great joy in capturing the moments people will cherish through their lifetime.

Several years ago, Valerie and her husband did a full renovation on a Victorian home from the 1800s and a new passion for interior design was born, truly the culmination of all of her artistic talents, and so she has added interior design to her arsenal of services, trusted by clients and contractors alike. A decade of work based solely on word of mouth is a testament to her professionalism, ability, and love for what she does every single day.
